It's indefensible. It's just like Harvey Norman offering interest free credit. It lures the consumer into buying something for free but they are getting slugged somewhere else. The industry was moving towards being transparent about all fees. This is going back to the bad old days.
Here we go again. "We are an enormous business with enormous resources..". You have no clients and make no money. You cannot afford to do any paid advertising so you regurgitate the same old drivel in these free forums in the hope you might get a client for free. Embarrassing.
