I wouldn't call the My Super approval process by APRA a "no safety net, an unregulated, deregulated free-for-all on default super". It was actually a very rigorous process conducted by a regulator appropriately qualified to do the job. Does the industry need another red tape layer? The FWC criteria is no more rigorous than the My Super approval process. Consumers should be aware that the ISA does not speak for all industry funds.
