MAX: the Marketing, Advertising and Sales Excellence Awards

MAX Awards 2026

Voted by the industry, the annual MAX Awards celebrate the best financial services marketing campaigns and agencies, as well as the individuals setting new standards and driving innovation and growth.

There are 19 categories in the 2026 MAX Awards, shining a spotlight on the outstanding agencies, campaigns, rising stars, teams and leaders in financial services.

Financial Standard is looking for leaders in managed funds, ETFs, retirement, superannuation, insurance, banking, platforms and financial advice.

Financial Standard's Investment Leadership Awards will also be presented as part of the awards celebrations on 11 June 2026.

2026 categories

Agency of the Year

These awards recognise agencies specialising in media, public relations or creative services that have driven strong growth and measurable results for their financial services clients. Finalists are highlighted alongside the specific client work that showcases their impact. Success is assessed through metrics such as revenue growth, lead generation, brand recognition and trust, digital performance indicators and the ability to elevate client messaging and market positioning. The 2026 Agency of the Year - PR & Communications award will not proceed to voting but instead be determined by the Financial Standard editorial team.

Winners will have achieved success to drive growth for the organisation and clients. Key success metrics and testimonials should be included as part of the submissions. The 2026 Leader of the Year - Communications award will not proceed to voting but instead be determined by the Financial Standard editorial team.
