Uwe Helmes, CFA, is the Lead Strategist for the Model Portfolio Solutions business in Australia and a Strategist in the Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) Group.
Mr. Helmes joined BlackRock in August 2016. Prior to joining BlackRock he worked as a senior market research analyst at Investment Trends. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Econometrics and Finance) and an Honours in Finance (First Class) from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is a CFA Charterholder and member of the CFA Institute.
Beatrice Yeo, CFA, is a Strategist in the Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions Group, focusing predominantly on the Australian Model Portfolio Solutions business. Beatrice partners closely with the investment teams, consultants and research houses to deliver model portfolio solutions for clients in Australia.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Beatrice held roles as an economist and investment strategist in Vanguard Australia and Vanguard Hong Kong, focusing on delivering thought leadership on markets and asset allocation strategies. Her research has been published in top-tier academic journals including the Journal of Financial Data Science. Beatrice holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Melbourne. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Andrew McLeod Senior Portfolio Analyst, Australian Unity
Damian joined Australian Unity in 2016 as Portfolio Manager of the Property Income Fund and A-REIT Fund and is Head of Property Research. He has over 20 years' experience in investment management and research of both listed and unlisted property securities as well as direct property.
Prior to joining Australian Unity, Damian managed various property securities funds including listed A-REITs, several hybrid and direct property funds during his time at Karara Capital, 360 Capital Group and APN Property Group
Andrew joined Australian Unity in 2018 and is responsible for providing strategic analytical and research support across various property and investment fund strategies for both the Australian Unity Property Income and Australian Unity AREIT Funds.
He has over 15 years of experience across both European and Australian real estate markets. Prior to his current role, Andrew managed the internal valuation function and risk review process across Australian Unity's mortgage and property fund portfolios. Andrew has also held roles with Avison Young (formerly GVA), Standard & Poor's and Leighton Properties.
Andrew holds a master's degree in Property Appraisal & Management from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and is a qualified Valuer with accreditations from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Australian Property Institute (API).

Natalie Grey is a Senior Sales Manager for SPDR ETFs at State Street Global Advisors Australia. She is responsible for developing strategies to drive distribution of our SPDR ETFs and Model Portfolios across our key client segments: Institutional Asset Owners, Institutional Asset Managers and Financial Intermediaries.
Prior to joining State Street in 2020, Natalie held several senior sales and business developments roles at companies including Challenger, Russell Investments, ING Investment Management (Australia), ABN Amro Asset Management (Australia), AMP Capital and Colonial First State.
Natalie holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University and a Diploma in Business (Accounting) from Moreton Bay Institute.
Alex is a Vice President of State Street SPDR and a Business Development Manager in the Australian SPDR ETF business. He is responsible for supporting Financial Advisors in their portfolio construction process by finding suitable SPDR ETF's based on their investment philosophy and client needs.
Prior to joining State Street SPDR, Alex spent four and a half years at BT Financial Group, four years at Allianz Retire+ powered by PIMCO, both in a Business Development role. He started his career at BGC Partners as an interest rate derivatives broker and has been working in the investment industry since 2010.
Alex has a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University & a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle with a double major in Banking & Finance and Economic Policy.

Sandro Alleri Distribution Manager, Generation Life
Felipe is Generation Life's Executive Director and General Manager of Distribution, Marketing & Operations. He joined the Group in October 2017 as Head of National Key Accounts and in January 2019 was appointed General Manager of Distribution. Felipe joined the Group from the Westpac Bank where he held several leadership and national strategy positions, most recently as Director of the Westpac Premium Victoria team, responsible for the first acquisition focused team. He has over 12 years' experience in financial services across Australia and Brazil. Previously, Felipe held key positions at Accenture Group, Investments XP based in Brazil and a Director role at the Australia Brazil Chamber of Commerce. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance.
Laura Salsbury has extensive experience in the areas of Aged Care, Centrelink and Retirement Income Streams having spent many years at Challenger as a Senior BDM and the 'go to' for the more technical case studies and presentations. She has also run her own aged care business and helped many retirees with maximising Centrelink outcomes.
In the UK she worked in the Guaranteed Investment Bond and Variable Annuity space for many years as well as starting her career as a financial planner for one of the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. Laura holds a BA (honours) in Business, Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and Cert IV in Practice Management. Laura has a 4-year-old daughter called Elsie who certainly keeps her pretty occupied on the evenings and weekends. You'll realise from Laura's accent that she's from the UK, however, she moved to Australia 9 years ago for the food, wine, lifestyle and weather and has become an avid supporter of Collingwood in the AFL.
Sandro has been working in the Financial Services industry for more than 15 years and has a wealth of experience across superannuation, investment platforms, asset management and practice management. He is passionate about advice and developing an intimate knowledge of his adviser practices. Sandro provides support through ongoing education, training and exploring practical solutions utilising our contemporary product range. Sandro holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning

Stephen Bruce Senior Portfolio Manager, Perennial Partners
Stephen joined Perennial Value in April 2000 as an Equities Analyst, before being promoted to the role of Research Coordinator in 2006. In 2007, he became the Deputy Portfolio Manager for the Perennial Value Shares for Income Trust and then became Lead Portfolio Manager in 2011. In 2011, Stephen also became Co-portfolio Manager for the Perennial Value Australian Shares Trust and was promoted to Lead Portfolio Manager in 2018. Stephen has responsibility for overseeing the management of all boarder cap Australian Equities portfolios and provides analyst coverage for the banking, healthcare, telco and agricultural sectors.
Stephen commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Sydney and has held financial accounting roles with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank in London.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is a Chartered Accountant and also a CFA charter holder.
