Nearly half of all Australian employees not happy with their jobs

In the 2003 Seek Survey of Employee Satisfaction and Motivation in Australia almost half of employees were not happy with their jobs, with 49 per cent of employees responding that they were unhappy or very unhappy, compared with just 25% of employees who were happy or very happy and 26% who were neutral.
