Though I would amend the APL's so that the rating of Investment options and Risk insurance is the ONLY premise used for APL approval.
Completely removing the ability to exclude a competitor licensee platform that's cheaper for the client...even with the same investment options and Risk insurance.
They wouldnt make as much money with me there :) but Clients best interest met....EVERY SINGLE TIME!
