Lawyer questions legality of FoFA amendments

The government's proposed amendments to the Future of Financial Advice (FoFA) reforms could be deemed legally "invalid" and "susceptible to challenge in the courts" if they are pushed through via regulatory change rather than legislation, law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler has said.
