Bissaker to head up Virgin Money

Former Colonial First State (CFS) chief executive Brian Bissaker has been appointed head of Virgin Money Australia (VMA), after it was announced today that Bank of Queensland (BOQ) was to acquire the financial services arm of the Virgin Group.
