Mercer acquires Mellon Australian HR and Investor Solutions business

Mellon Financial Corporation has agreed to deal exclusively with Mercer Human Resource Consulting in regards to the sale of its Human Resources and Investor Solutions (HR&IS) in Australia that provides superannuation administration, retirement consulting, insurance broking, outsourced trustee and legal services to its clients.
