Bravura dual lists on the London Stock Exchange

Bravura Solutions has been admitted to trade on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

AIM is LSE's international market for smaller, growing companies providing flexible rules and a lighter regulatory environment.

The technology provider said its admission on the stock exchange does not replace its ASX listing but provides access to an expanded pool of institutional investors and supports the company's future growth ambitions.

Bravura has a strong international footprint with more than 50% of its shares held outside Australia and approximately 70% of revenue generated from EMEA markets and 30% from APAC.

"Being invited to open the market at London Stock Exchange is an honour and definitely a career highlight for me. We are thrilled to celebrate this important milestone for Bravura," Bravura chief executive and managing director Colin Greenhill said.

"We serve an international client base, so the AIM listing enhances our profile with our EMEA client and prospect base. The AIM admission makes it easier to transact shares in the business and opens access to future UK and EU institutional capital."

Bravura serves wealth managers, insurers and fund administrators, helping them digitise operations and improve efficiency. It caters to organisations across UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa.

Earlier in the month, it updated investors that it expects cash EBITDA for FY26 to be approximately $77 million, higher than the previous guidance range of $69 million to $73 million.

Bravura noted strong demand for project services across business units as well as overall cost discipline as two key drivers improving outcomes. It said cost discipline will protect its full year earnings result after a client migrated to a Business Process Outsourcing early in the year.

Bravura's new chief executive Greenhill joined the firm in January 2026, after Andrew Russell stepped down from his role in April last year.
