Raising rates on soybeans

So many times over the past year, the Fed had been kept away from lifting rates as it planned by global ructions in one form or the other - e.g. China devaluation, emerging market outflows, Brexit - but this time, the global seas appear to be calmer. There's nothing to keep the Fed at bay now. Especially not with economic growth gaining momentum ... or so it seems.
