She comes with over 23 years of experience in asset management, having worked as a senior director with CBRE Asia and centre manager with Mirvac. Knight Frank managing director of asset management services Lisa Atkins said the appointment marks an important step in the growth of the AMS platform across Australia. "Over the past year Angie has been a key contributor to the creation of a high-performing team culture in Queensland built on high standards of excellence, drive, trust and collaboration, alongside Justin Bond and Leanne Newberry, Knight Frank's chief operations officer, asset management services," Atkins said. "Her experience and leadership further strengthens our national AMS capability, supporting enhanced client outcomes through our integrated platform, data-led insights and a relentless focus on delivering sustained asset performance." Sheppard said she is most excited for the team to move beyond traditional property management and towards a more integrated, insight-driven approach, one that supports growth, enhances efficiency and long-term value.
