Financial planning software provider AstuteWheel launched the third generation of its software solution, with new regtech capabilities.
The third generation of the firm's software adds functionality, with a new base product allowing advisers to onboard new clients and re-engage existing clients without an ongoing service agreement.
AstuteWheel managing director Hans Egger said the base product's new compliance tools would help solve compliance issues which have traditionally frustrated advisers.
"As the system functionality expanded it became obvious that advisers may like the flexibility to implement our various software solutions as and when required, starting with the base product that now includes powerful compliance tools and adding additional functionality later," Egger said.

The firm said an online fact find and five-minute financial health checks could be sent to new clients, with reverse fact finds also available.
"This process allows relevant information to be collected before the client meeting and automatically loaded into the client database to avoid any double handling of data," Egger said.
The software also includes a goals based advice tool, which is set to assist advisers in helping clients articulate their goals, by encouraging the use of SMART goals, which are specific, measureable, achievable, realistic and timebound.
