Holbrook will report to Michelle Tay, group executive director, working closely with the leadership team while heading the group's trustee and Responsible Entity teams and associated fund manager relationships. With more than three decades of experience, Holbrook has held senior leadership positions at Perpetual, Equity Trustees and MSC Group. Throughout her career, she has overseen governance frameworks supporting more than $100 billion in funds under management and has developed extensive expertise across regulatory compliance, fiduciary oversight and fund structuring, said the group in a statement. "We are delighted to welcome Kylie to The SILC Group. She brings a wealth of governance experience, deep industry relationships and an exceptional track record. Kylie's expertise aligns strongly with our strategic priorities in the wholesale trustee market and supports the expansion of our recently launched RE business," said Tay.
