Of course the MRRT should be scrapped. As a Voluntary Director of the Fight For Australias Future Foundation, and a Metallurgist, I passionately argued how counterproductive it would be to Australias Mining position with off shore mines more attractive and jobs leaving Australia. Its a great shame that our politicians and economists are not more grounded in the technical and cost factors of winning ore and producing viable yield.
