A $50 billion superannuation fund has promoted from within to appoint its new head of member services.
Rest has appointed Naomi Scott to lead its member services capability. She replaces Amelia Butler who left the fund in May.
Scott was previously national manager, education delivery - a position she held since May 2017.
In her new role, Scott is responsible for managing the customer experience outcomes for all Rest members delivered via contact centres and digital channels.
Prior to joining the industry fund, Scott was a senior training and development specialist at the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA). She has also held roles with Multiforte Financial Services, Link and Russell Investments.
Succeeding Scott as national manager, education delivery is Brett Hawkins.
Hawkins has also been promoted, having previously served as education manager since July 2017. He originally joined Rest in 2014 as member relationship manager.
He is also a former financial planner, having worked at Link and BT Financial Group.
