China growth as Li likes it

China's growth might be slower but its economy is now bigger. The lowest growth rate in nearly a quarter of a century in 2014 expanded the economy by 68 billion yuan - that's 18 billion yuan more than when the economy jumped by 13.3% back in 2007.
