Bravura earnings rise nearly 50%BY KARREN VERGARA | WEDNESDAY, 12 AUG 2026 11:27AMBravura Solutions lifted earnings by nearly 50% in the latest round of financial results, with profit after tax hitting $110.9 million. The group reported underlying revenue from customers of $282.6 million, rising 9.6% year on year despite foreign exchange headwinds that materialised in the second half of the period. Asia Pacific revenue increased by 9.9% year on year to $79.8 million, while EBITDA increased by $8.5 million to $35.7 million. In the EMEA segment, margins increased by $20.5 million, driven by revenue growth with existing customers and continued margin improvement through headcount and third-party cost reductions. Bravura shed 47 full-time staff to end up with 955 in its global workforce at the end of June. During the period, Bravura chair Russell Baskerville and chief executive Colin Greenhill told investors the company "sharpened our strategic focus, strengthened execution and continued to invest in the areas that will support sustainable long-term growth." "This includes maintaining our focus on innovation and exploring how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, can enhance the way we develop software, support clients and improve operational efficiency. We believe these technologies will create meaningful opportunities for both Bravura and our clients over time," they said. Bravura reported a series of executive changes throughout the 12 months with Greenhill taking over as group chief executive on January 1. Baskerville was named chair last October, while Damien Leonard became deputy chair. "We enter FY27 with stronger foundations, improving momentum and a clear sense of purpose. While there is more to do, we are optimistic about Bravura's future and the opportunities ahead," they said. The group declared total dividends for FY26 of $113.2 million or 25.23c per share. On July 28, Bravura debuted on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market. On August 12, the group announced an on-market buyback of up to $50 million. Related News |
