The faces of influence: The 2026 FS Power50BY STAFF WRITER | MONDAY, 2 NOV 2026 12:33PM![]() Financial Standard has recognised the most influential financial advisers in Australia - leaders, mentors and innovators defining modern advice - in its 2026 FS Power50 list. Now in its 13th year, the Power50 features financial advisers who champion the profession while navigating significant transformation. Not only do they lead successful businesses, but they also help define what the future of advice in Australia looks like, while providing outstanding service to clients and the wider community. The FS Power50 also celebrates advisers who are helping drive positive outcomes for consumers and the broader profession. These individuals actively contribute to industry bodies, policy discussions, professional associations and working groups, while championing initiatives that strengthen confidence in advice and expand access to quality financial guidance. Financial Standard received a record number of nominations, with 121 advisers shortlisted for the annual ranking. The 2026 Power50 features plenty of familiar faces, as well as several new ones. This year's list welcomes 12 first-time honourees. The majority of advisers boast more than 10 years of experience and hail from a range of boutique practices and large licensees. In compiling this year's list, we defined influence as the ability to shape the future of financial advice through leadership, advocacy, innovation and a commitment to raising professional standards. As the profession continues to evolve amid regulatory reform, changing client expectations and technological advancement, influence extends well beyond business success alone. Related News |
