I feel sorry for those members....I guess longevity risk isn't an issue.....and to think those in the committee are actually getting paid to come up with these brilliant strategies!!!
What is wrong with their active managers ensuring sufficient defensive to draw on for 5 years, then use growth assets and dividend income to top up and replentish defensive exposure... beats haveing no growth, or selling growth during flat/negative periods.
