FinCap increases investment oversight ahead of PM platform launchBY MATTHEW WAI | THURSDAY, 14 MAY 2026 12:34PM![]() FinCap Group is adding two experienced financial services stalwarts to its investment committee ahead of the scheduled launch of its private markets managed account platform next month. The committee has welcomed Leanne Bradley as independent chair and David Wright as a member to provide independent governance and oversight for the upcoming platform. Bradley brings more than 25 years of experience across investment management, asset consulting and financial services governance, with deep expertise in portfolio construction, manager research and investment governance frameworks. She is the co-chief executive and principal of fintech solution provider Suite2Go and is a member of Granite Bay Private Wealth, Pella Funds Management, and the International Women's Development Agency. Meanwhile, Wright co-founded Zenith Investment Partners and spent more than two decades as its chief executive. He is current head of client solutions at Pinnacle Investment Management. Financial Standard reported last year on Pinnacle Investment Management's investment in FinCap to support the launch. The committee will provide independent governance and oversight of the asset allocation, portfolio construction and fund selection processes underpinning the private markets platform, which is designed to give financial advisers and wholesale investors diversified exposure to private markets including private equity, private credit and real assets. Bradley and Wright will be joined on the committee by chair Christian Ryan and head of portfolio and investment solutions Ben Davis. Ryan said both appointments support a move to replicate a governance framework similar to those utilised by institutional investors. "Having an independent chair with Leanne's calibre and experience, alongside David's deep expertise in investment research and manager evaluation, gives us a committee with genuine substance," Ryan said. "As we prepare to bring the FinCap platform to market, we wanted a governance framework that reflects how institutional investors think about oversight, accountability and rigour. "Leanne's background in investment governance and portfolio construction makes her ideally suited to chair the committee, and David's track record at Zenith speaks for itself. Their independence and combined depth of experience will be invaluable as we scale the platform." Related News |
