ASIC obtains orders to wind up Share Trend Software of Queensland

ASIC had obtained orders in the Supreme Court of Queensland to wind up Share Trend Software (Share Trend) and has appointed Ivor Worrell and Michael Griffin as liquidators, after Share Trend had failed to pay an award of costs in the sum of $58,000, made in proceedings commenced by ASIC in the Supreme Court of Victoria in October 2001.
