Having been an AMP/Charter adviser for 16 years, and having been one of the numbers who left for another Licensee during the discussed period, I can't begin to tell you what a relief it's been to get away from them. The treatment metered out to myself and other advisers in the network was shameful to say the least. AMP has never understood the value of the human capital within their ranks, a fact that I believe will see their eventual complete demise. Good riddance, I say
