Tribeca Financial promote four new equity partners

Tribeca Financial has promoted four senior advisers to its equity partnership, recognising their contributions to the advice firm's client relationships, technical capabilities and culture as it continues to grow.

Jake Boulter, Rachael Holder, Ben Jongebloed and Aaron Leslie join the partnership at the Hawthorn-based practice, which now has 33 team members. The appointments took effect in October 2025, according to the firm.

Tribeca Financial chief executive Ryan Watson said the four advisers have helped shape the business and its approach to client services.

"Jake, Rach, Ben and Aaron have each played a big part in building what Tribeca is today: the client relationships, the quality of our advice and the culture. They're great advisers and even better people," Watson said.

The new partners join Watson, Brad Fox, Robert Devlin, Matthew Rea, Natasha Stronach and Peter Higgins, who lead the firm's Sydney office.

Watson said the appointments reflected Tribeca's emphasis on developing its people alongside its technology and operations to support sustainable growth.

"Having Jake, Rach, Ben and Aaron step up as partners shows we're a place where great people want to build a career," he said.

Boulter said he looked forward to helping guide the firms next stage, while Holder described the appointment as both a privilege and a responsibility.

Holder also highlighted Tribeca's focus on women's financial wellbeing, saying she was proud to help shape a business that prioritised its clients and people.

Jongebloed pointed to the firm's culture as a distinguishing factor, saying the partnership would have a role in preserving it as the business expanded.

Leslie said understanding each family's priorities remained central to delivering effective financial advice.

"Great advice starts with really understanding what matters to a family. I'm keen to work with the other Partners to keep raising the standard for our clients and our team," he said.

The promotions follow Tribeca's earlier recruitment of Damien Foley as head of strategic partnerships. Foley joined from Industry Fund Services, where he spent nearly 20 years across financial advice, client partnerships and business development.
