I would have liked to see more detail on how exactly the "women's product" helps women, other than asking them to not spend $100 on a dress.
For example, when a woman goes on maternity leave with Human Super contribute some sort of "insurance" cover to keep contributing a close to equivalent amount until they return to the work force?
Their strategy doesn't seem to be any different from any other super fund who instead of "dress" says, "second boutique coffee" in terms of contributing extra money into their super.
A fund for women run by men - good luck!
