As to why AIST is involved, could it be because they represent not-for-profit funds, and it's only for the NFP funds that you can tell who the Directors are... Or could it be as a result of AIST's consistent leadership and lobbying on this issue...

Well said Chris and yes the best people for the job need to be picked but this is a training opportunity that may be lacking in the industry.
