Chief economist update: UK economy slows on Brexit woes
UK GDP growth slowed to a mere 0.2% in the fourth quarter of 2018, following growth of 0.6% in the third quarter. Just as the BOE explained, this "reflects softer activity abroad and the greater effects from Brexit uncertainties at home."
