Bravura ups guidance, reports earnings increase

Bravura Solutions informed investors cost discipline will protect its full year earnings result after a client migrated to a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) early in the year.

The financial services technology provider has updated its full year earnings guidance ahead of the announcement on August 12.

It expects cash EBITDA for FY26 to be approximately $77 million, higher than the previous guidance range of $69 million to $73 million.

For the first half of 2026, Bravura had reported a cash EBITDA of $34.2 million, up $14.2 million from the first half in 2025.

Bravura noted strong demand for project services across business units as well as overall cost discipline as two key drivers improving outcomes.

"I am pleased with the strong performance over the last six months. The teams are focussed on greater engagement with our customers which has led to increased project work and stronger renewals. We have continued to manage costs well whilst investing in core technology and exploring new initiatives," Bravura Solutions group chief executive and managing director Colin Greenhill said.

Bravura's new chief executive Greenhill joined the firm in January 2026, after Andrew Russell stepped down from his role in April last year.

Bravura non-executive director and chief commercial officer from August 2023 to June 2024, Shezad Okhai held the role of interim chief executive while it searched for a permanent replacement.

Russell had steered the technology provider through a difficult time and restored profitability of the firm while improving engagement with customers and employees.

Bravura delivered an underlying net profit of $11.3 million in 1H25, up $13 million compared to 1H24. Following the turnaround in financial performance, Bravura also recommenced dividend payments.

In addition, a special dividend was also paid in relation to the net profit after sale of a licence to use the Sonata software to Fidelity in 2024.
