Mosaic Private names investment chiefBY MATTHEW WAI | TUESDAY, 7 JUL 2026 11:57AM![]() Mosaic Private, the private credit fund manager backed by Flight Centre Travel Group co-founder Geoff Harris' family office, has named its chief investment officer, joining from Centuria Bass Credit. Johnny Woodhouse has joined the business, bringing 20 years of experience across property finance, legal practice, banking and investment management. He has also joined the investment committee alongside chair Tony Woods, chief executive David Cowen, Rob Nicholls, Craig Ferguson and co-founder Brad Harris. Most recently, Woodhouse was an executive director at Centuria Bass Credit for close to two years and was the state director for Victoria at MaxCap Group between 2021 and 2024. He also worked in senior capacities at NAB and ANZ after his tenure across the legal sector earlier in his career. Commenting, Cowen said Woodhouse's breadth of experience and deep industry relationships will further strengthen the firm's investment capability as the business continues to grow. "At Mosaic Private, our focus is on deep relationships and our unique collaboration strategy working alongside the major banks, and building out a market-leading investment team" Cowen said. "Johnny has the depth and breadth of experience which will allow us to further grow this strategy across Australia. We are delighted to welcome him to the business." The firm operated as an exclusive investment platform for Harris Capital, the family office of Harris, but has since expanded the capability to external investors and commercial borrowers.
