Vote for Financial Standard in Australian Financial Industry AwardsBY STAFF WRITER | WEDNESDAY, 11 SEP 2024 12:47PMFinancial Standard is a finalist in the Australian Financial Industry Awards 2024, and we'd love to have your support. Fresh from winning Financial Services Publication of the Year at the recent Impact Awards, Financial Standard has been nominated for Superannuation/Financial Services Industry Media of the Year - People's Choice. The award recognises media outlets that "consistently provide outstanding coverage of the superannuation and financial services sector" and has "delivered high-quality content that has made a significant impact on the industry." Introduced this year, the Australian Financial Industry Awards are hosted by the Institute of Financial Professionals Australia, which represents the tax, accounting, superannuation, and financial advice profession. The association has been operating in Australia for more than 100 years and was previously known as Tax and Super Australia. "The Financial Standard team is delighted to be recognised in the inaugural Australian Financial Industry Awards. To have the support of the financial services industry in this way is really gratifying," Financial Standard managing editor Jamie Williamson said. "This past year we've thoroughly enjoyed covering the big issues impacting our readers, particularly the evolving superannuation and retirement landscape, regulatory developments, and the torrent of considerations surrounding the anticipated great wealth transfer. "We'd like to say a big thank you to those who nominated us, and congratulations to all our fellow finalists in this category." Voting closes September 30. The awards will be presented on November 22 at a gala dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. Related News |
