Koda Capital chief executive and founding partner Paul Heath grew up a stone's throw from the company's chair Steve Tucker in Perth. Their eventual collaboration gave rise to one of Australia's premier independent wealth management firms. Andrew McKean writes.
While I would agree with the Outlook comparison, I think Praemium should work hard to make their software much more intuitive at first sight. For a lot of CRM users, seeing a vast array of buttons on the interface makes it difficult to manage and even to learn how to use at first. This is why many CRM software are faltering and having low adoption rate, while some newer CRM with slightly more innovative interfaces are starting to see much higher adoption rates.
I think this is a good start, but they have to solidify the right direction for the future. Best of luck!
