Fasea does not answer calls nor do they provide individual feed back, they are liars making this statement. I have sat the exam and failed and the feedback is exactly the same with both exam results, basically do the whole study suggested, no improvement from previous sitting which was impossible as I applied myself. Is it possible they are weeding out older advisers with the experience and looking for younger advisers to adhere to their new goals moving forward!!!
i agree with your comments. i have failed the exam also and get no feed back at all. they dont answer calls, and certainly dont bother to reply by email and if they do, they just say that they cant help anymore.
this is a disgrace, and needs to be addressed, it makes me feel like I'm no good as a planner, and i know that isnt the case. where to form here, who would know
