A $3 billion industry superannuation fund has added a new head of member experience from Macquarie Group.
Club Plus Super has confirmed the appointment of Carolyn Tait to the lead member experience role, effective this week.
The appointment follows the departure of Beth Parkin in August after four months in the role.
Tait was most recently head of marketing, wealth at Macquarie Group. Prior to that she was head of customer marketing at AMP and has also held senior marketing roles at CBA across consumer wealth and Essential Super.

Other previous roles include head of marketing and customer value at CommInsure and head of brand, customer insights at MLC.
In a statement to Financial Standard, Club Plus Super chief executive Stefan Strano said: "Carolyn has deep expertise in customer journey design, enhanced by her experience with human centred design methodology, and behavioural economics."
"She is the ideal person to integrate the work of our excellent customer service team with new technology for a seamless customer experience."
