Legalsuper is growing its member service team with two appointments: a client service manager and data analyst.
Long Nguyen serves as a client service manager, the fund's 10th member-facing appointment in less than three years.
Nguyen has 13 years' experience in the financial services industry across retail investment banking and industry superannuation. He was most recently at Rest.
Michael Wigney is the new customer data analyst, who was hired to help build the fund's capacity in data science and interpretation.

Wigney worked as a senior business analyst at FIIG Securities for eight years before moving to legalsuper.
Prior to FIIG, he was based in the UK, working across global investment banks and retails banks.
Legalsuper chief executive Andrew Proebstl said the two hires further advances the fund's strategy of investing in member service and engagement to help them achieve better retirement outcomes.
"Legalsuper now has a total member services team of 20 across Australia, enhancing the depth and breadth of expertise offered to all members and employers," Proebstl said.
The fund recently launched a new website, which won the commercial website category at the Australian Web Awards.
Proebstl said the fund has transitioned to daily unit pricing from weekly pricing in a bid to increase transparency and immediacy for member account updates.
The industry fund predominantly serving the legal community manages over $4 billion for 45,000 members.
