The head of member experience at an industry superannuation fund has left after just four months in the role.
Beth Parkin was appointed head of member experience at Club Plus Super in April of this year but departed the fund in July.
She has since left the financial services industry, taking a role with Qantas in August. She now leads the airline's global contact centre strategy.
Prior to joining Club Plus Super, Parkin was general manager, customer service at Rest.

She has also held a host of roles with the likes of Optus, eBay, Vodafone and Travel Corporation Australia.
In the recent Rainmaker RMetrics report ranking the best risk-adjusted MySuper products, Club Plus Super achieved the lowest number of negative months in the three years to June 2019.
HESTA emerged as the best risk-adjusted MySuper product over the three year period. Meanwhile, EISS Super came out as least volatile.
