Beaconsfield takes control of New Quantum

US-based investment manager Beaconsfield Capital has appointed McGrathNicol as receivers and managers to New Quantum Holdings, a non-trading holding company with operating subsidiaries including wealth management software platform New Quantum and options broker Morrison Securities.
