<p><p>I would have liked to see more detail on how exactly the &quot;women's product&quot; helps women, other than asking them to not spend $100 on a dress.</p>
<p>For example, when a woman goes on maternity leave with Human Super contribute some sort of &quot;insurance&quot; cover to keep contributing a close to equivalent amount until they return to the work force?</p>
