<p><p>This reminded me of David Cameron's &quot;big society&quot; speeches.</p>
<p>It's &quot;unfulfilling&quot;? Say's who? I find retirement very fulfilling, much more than repetitious late in life employment which is very expensive (assuming young Marty is talking about the superannuated). We have worked and saved for retirement - blessed be to Hawke/Keating.</p>
<p>And &quot;economically draining&quot;? That's what superannuation is for - not to be a drain on the community.</p>
<p>This piece reads to me like &quot;work till you drop (if you are), stupid&quot;. Was it Clinton that said this, or something like it?</p>
