As a member I am extremely concerned that AustralianSuper wants to charge for providing basic information such as how to open an AustralianSuper Choice Income retirement account, and/or transfer funds to it.

The fee appears to target members who are least knowledgeable - which usually means those who can least afford it.

One wonders what Bernie Fraser would make of it all.
