<p><p>As a member I am extremely concerned that AustralianSuper wants to charge for providing basic information such as how to open an AustralianSuper Choice Income retirement account, and/or transfer funds to it.</p>
<p>The fee appears to target members who are least knowledgeable - which usually means those who can least afford it.</p>
