<p>I wouldn&#39;t call the My Super approval process by APRA a &quot;no safety net, an unregulated, deregulated free-for-all on default super&quot;. It was actually a very rigorous process conducted by a regulator appropriately qualified to do the job. Does the industry need another red tape layer? The FWC criteria is no more rigorous than the My Super approval process.
