It doesnt appear that Investec are doing anything special as the major lenders have had these deals for some time. The prime difference between Investec and the majors is the majors will do it cheaper and better for the clients through their private banking facilities.

I have been doing special deals for the medicos and other industry specialists for years and have beaten their rates on each occasion.
