<p><p>Why not just use the Sharpe Ratio of returns? Or a derivative that replaces "Risk Free Rate" with CPI and possible even invert equation so that the higher the Ratio the greater the risk return accordingly?</p>
<p>Therefore:</p>
<p>{Return Volatility} / (Return - CPI)</p>
