<p><p>While I would agree with the Outlook comparison, I think Praemium should work hard to make their software much more intuitive at first sight. For a lot of CRM users, seeing a vast array of buttons on the interface makes it difficult to manage and even to learn how to use at first. This is why many CRM software are faltering and having low adoption rate, while some newer CRM with slightly more innovative interfaces are starting to see much higher adoption rates.</p>
