One would think when a Trustee is in a Fund, they intend to run a SMSF.

I have a case like this. A trustee set up a Fund with me, sent me all details for him and his wife, we discussed his Fund and now, 6 months later, he does not want to pay my accounting fees. He is of the opinion he did not instruct me. So one of my Funds are in this category.
