<p><p>I&#39;m happy with a simple F for those that fail, but I think we do a disservice to members of funds who just scraped through by not providing some sort of caution. I think a member of a fund that passed this year but fails next year will be pretty disappointed that they weren&#39;t given any warning that their fund was on the brink.
