<p><p>There is no surprise here. It is a similar story at the other major private banks such as Westpac Private. They appoint certain individuals to senior posiitons who are completly out of thier depth. All the good people leave becase they dont want to work for a &quot;leader&quot; who has no idea what they are doing and are embarressing infront of clients. Everyone else left to pick up the pieces.
