Every financial planner has three choices

- Auditor role - $140K, cushy 9-5 role with no chance of being sued

- Paraplanner - $100K+ if you put your head down, minimal chance of being sued

- Financial Planner - $120K, high chance of being sued

Yeah I can see why 5,000 advisors are leaving the industry each year
