<p><p>Perhaps someone should apprise Senator Hume that there aren&#39;t enough financial advisers to do the job.</p>
<p>They&#39;ve left the industry, due to overwhelming regulations, plus forced removal of their sources of income, that have made their occupations unviable. They&#39;ve had enough of being pilloried by politicians, Industry Funds, ASIC and the media.</p>
<p>There has also been, not least, the political ideology that has deliberately excluded financial advisers from servicing the needs of Industry Fund members.</p>
<p>All in the name of Consumer Protection.</p>
