<p>More confusing tactics for the markets to get their knickers twisted:<br>"China will make the floating exchange rate regime more flexible and keep the RMB basically stable...: "<br>Prudent money supply? "The broad money supply is projected to increase by 14%."<br>Inflation of 4.5% plus growth of 7.5% means falling velocity. This when non-govt investment will be encouraged in the finance sector et al.<br>"... an end to blind expansion in industries such as solar energy and wind power." along with " China will safely and effectively develop nuclear power."<br>By the way, little of the growth rates or focus is new. It is a reiteration of 5 year plan released a year ago.
