<p>It is only a matter of time before government intervention closes down this growth industry. From a Taxation point of view this is a huge number of funds to regulate . The size of the Taxation Department will need to expand dramatically to oversee this new industry. Maybe the reason SMSF;s were set up was a result of frustration at being ripped off.
